I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions and tailored training plans with progressions to help you achieve your goals.

My training sessions can take place in gym, your home, office or in an outdoor space such as a park – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany the regular exercise sessions, I’ll also design you a specialised nutrition plan, to maximise your training results.

I also offer group training sessions, where you can train together with a friend or your partner, with work outs especially design to do together.
