I am a Level 2 & 3 qualified Personal trainer, currently studying my level 4 in Strength and Conditioning. I constantly seek knowledge and ways of improving myself, so I can offer a better service to the people I train.
Before becoming a personal trainer, I was training as a professional athlete. I trained as a long jumper for over 15 years, this has influenced my way of training and my mindset towards fitness.
On my several years as a personal trainer I have worked with a wide range of people helping them hit their fitness targets. Be certain, I have the skills to mix up your training regime and help to achieve your goals whilst having fun – no matter if you're training for an athletic milestone or just want to get in shape.
I offer one to one sessions and also in groups. I am a bootcamp instructor, which is a great way to combine different exercises, training with other people and having a good time.
I also do boxing exercise, which is a fantastic option as cardio and to build your stamina.
All these different experiences in different areas of fitness, sports and exercising has contributed to the way I build workout sessions, been able to adapt them to any fitness level, from beginner to professional.
