8 week Callisthenics Program

This is an 8 week tailored program focused on your goal, that will take your strenght to the next level. Using your own body weight as well as combining weights with your own body. 

The 1st four weeks are for adaptation, we will get your body used to this way of training.

The next four weeks will take it to the next level, making it more challenging, so you can see the results of your work.

The program includes:
